Following pre-qualification, the following issues are investigated prior to commencement of employment:

Potential applicants are screened by our Area Managers. This process commences with the aptitude and attitude test which enables us to quickly establish the service personnel we require. Our screening process also includes stringent reference checks with prior employers, references and security checks.

The new employee then attends an on site session where he/she is trained with the relevant skills required to perform his/her duties in a professional, diligent manner. Once the candidate is up to our high competency level, he/she is then placed in the appropriate site which is carefully selected for him/her.

Prokleen Cleaning regards the use of appropriately trained service personnel to be essential in maintaining its quality of services.

The operations Manager and Managing Director are responsible for reviewing the level of competence within the company and for identifying where additional training may be required. All new employees of Prokleen Cleaning are required to undergo extensive training via a Nationally Accredited course to a minimum level three standard.
